Located in Northampton, we are seeking a skilled High Precision Machinist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in CNC grinding and machining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and operate CNC grinding machines (Junker & Kellenburger) and manual grinding machines (cylindrical & surface)
  • Manufacture/modify cams, cranks to support internal/external engine development programs
  • Use measuring equipment to ensure component compliance (gauges, CMM's Adcole)
  • Perform basic TPM on all equipment including cleaning and lubrication

About the Role:

This position offers a competitive salary of £38,800 per annum, including shift allowance. The successful candidate will have experience working with multiple grinding methods, work holding methods, and machine code. Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve are essential for this role.
