{"h1": "Linguistic Quality Assurance Specialist", "p": "At 2K, we are seeking a highly skilled Linguistic Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our localization team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our games and applications by identifying and reporting linguistic bugs and inaccuracies.

Your primary focus will be on checking in-game text for linguistic accuracy and correctness, as well as its accordance to cultural rules. You will learn how to follow our optimized LQA process and professional standards, which have been refined over the years to be the best in the industry.

As a Linguistic Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the expert in a broad range of Indie to AAA projects and areas of specialization. You will own, manage, create, and regularly execute test cases throughout the project life cycle, including document testing practices, LQA process & reporting methods.

You will actively participate in test requirement gathering with developers to ensure Localization QA effectively tests and supports all features of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and report linguistic bugs and inaccuracies in games and applications
* Check in-game text for linguistic accuracy and correctness, as well as its accordance to cultural rules
* Learn and follow our optimized LQA process and professional standards
* Own, manage, create, and regularly execute test cases throughout the project life cycle
* Participate in test requirement gathering with developers

Requirements:

* Expertise in Bulgarian language
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Passion for video games
* Team player with ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
* Pro-active, tenacious, and enthusiastic
* Focus on quality and keen eye for detail
* Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Nice to Have:

* Previous experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading
* Experience with working with software tools in use for LQA testing (test case management and text editing tools)
* Working knowledge of CAT tools (MemoQ)
* Knowledge in the video game industry and trends
