Freelance CAD Expert

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Design Project Lead to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design process, liaising with site teams, senior management, consultants, and architects.

The role involves attending design team meetings, taking notes, ensuring actions are agreed upon, and distributed to relevant functions. You will also support Net Zero requirements, BREEAM, Digital Strategy, and MMC to ensure all key design deliverables are tracked and compliant with Building Standards.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing design processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Net Zero requirements, BREEAM, Digital Strategy, and MMC

Benefits:

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
