As an educator working for Educators Wales, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality education to all pupils. Your primary focus will be on supporting pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring that they receive the tailored support required to succeed academically. You will work collaboratively with schools, other educators, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for pupil support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality education to pupils with additional learning needs
- Collaborate with schools to develop and implement effective support strategies
- Coordinate and organise support programmes for individuals
- Engage children in stimulating lessons on a one-to-one basis
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs
Salary: £33,024 - £34,834 per annum. Benefits
