Facilities Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and thorough Cleaning Professional to join our team in Golborne. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

• Ensure that all areas of the premises are cleaned to the highest standards, including offices, corridors, and communal spaces.
• Operate and maintain site-based equipment and cleaning materials, ensuring they are used efficiently and safely.
• Replenish consumables, empty litter bins, and maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional results and contribute to a positive working environment.

• You are a highly organized and methodical individual who takes pride in your work and has a strong attention to detail.
• You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact positively with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
• You are local to the area and have a basic level of spoken English.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their ability to carry out the physical aspects of the position. A full induction and training program will be provided to ensure you feel confident and prepared to succeed in this role.

Estimated Salary: £11,440 per annum based on 25 hours per week. This is a competitive rate reflecting the demands and requirements of the position.
