HSQE Manager

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSQE Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a formal H&S qualification and experience in mechanical/electrical disciplines. Key responsibilities include managing risk, implementing management systems, and leading a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to form strong relationships with internal staff and clients.

**Key Qualifications and Experience:**

* Formal H&S qualification (NEBOSH General certificate or similar)
* Technical education in mechanical/electrical discipline (ONC level or equivalent)
* 3+ years relevant experience in FM or building services maintenance
* Experience with management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 & 45001)
* Risk management experience in a hard services FM environment
* Knowledge of soft services in FM
