Pan Pacific London is seeking a seasoned Front of House Manager to lead our Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Service One teams. This key role requires a confident, empathetic, and professional individual who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while inspiring their team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal staffing through effective duty management.
  • Analyse guest feedback and implement strategic initiatives to elevate service quality and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the FOH division's budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards through regular training and rigorous evaluation of service delivery.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among all hotel departments to align objectives and enhance the guest experience.
