Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge in the agricultural sector?

Noble Futures is seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team in the South West territory. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales within the defined territory, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow sales within the defined territory in line with KPIs
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of agricultural sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Based in the South West territory, with ability to travel and spend nights away from home
