Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge in the agricultural sector?
Noble Futures is seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team in the South West territory. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales within the defined territory, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow sales within the defined territory in line with KPIs
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase sales and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of agricultural sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in the South West territory, with ability to travel and spend nights away from home
