Pay: £26, per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Check-In Agent to join our team at Stansted Airport. As a Check-In Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers, assisting with baggage processing, and boarding passengers onto their flights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and guide passengers at the check-in area
  • Process baggage
  • Board passengers onto their respective flights
  • Provide passenger assistance, handle customer complaints, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our passengers
  • Be a self-starter, motivated, and a team player
  • Have unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (Pre-Settled Status accepted)
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
