About Us

Townsend Manor Care Home is a leading provider of luxury care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage care plans and medication records
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed
  • Provide professional support to senior staff and team leaders

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as an Adult General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse
  • At least 2 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
