Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Master Systems Integrator (MSI) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects across the UK & Ireland, working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of tasks to achieve project goals, ensuring alignment with MSI service objectives, and implementing security-conscious practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Projects: Manage and direct projects within the MSI team, planning, organizing, and overseeing task execution to achieve project goals.
  • Alignment with MSI Service Objectives: Ensure that projects contribute to the development and implementation of ontologies, technical submittal reviews, data migration processes, and program development.
  • Compliance with Security Standards: Implement and maintain security-conscious practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring data migration processes are conducted securely and in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard.
  • Program Development: Contribute to the development of programs within the MSI service, creating and refining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for project success.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess prior experience in an M&E, Controls, or Software Project Management role, with a good understanding of networking principles. You should be able to lead teams with diverse skills, including Software, Network, and Building Services Engineering, Controls specialists, and System Architects. Relevant certifications in systems integration or related fields would be beneficial. Education to degree level, with an emphasis on Mechanical, Electrical, Network, or Software Engineering, is an advantage. Experience in leading teams aligned to Lean & Agile project management, as well as knowledge of working in AWS, GCP, and data migration, are also highly desirable.
