Retail Stocktaking Team Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. This role requires flexibility, with varying shift lengths and the need to travel to different client sites each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely stock counts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity

Requirements:

  • A full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel

This role involves working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.

We offer a range of benefits, including access to wages from 3 days after shift completion, immediate start, and holiday pay. Full training will be provided in our systems and client procedures.
