This dynamic public sector organisation within the health sector is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support their regional sites across the North of England over the next 18 months.

As a key member of the People team, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to senior leaders and line management, helping them to identify people priorities and develop people plans and interventions accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and support across the full employee lifecycle to senior leaders and line management
  • Coaching leadership and line management on best practice, improving capability and self-sufficiency
  • Supporting with Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and other HR initiatives
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence across HR and wider Corporate Services
  • Having an understanding of complex T&Cs across the NHS and Public Sector

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation that is undergoing significant change and digital transformation.
