Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Sr Principal F-35 LO Specialist to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing aircraft maintenance guidance to military and civilian maintainers and depot technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on Low Observable (LO) maintenance and repair techniques for F-35 aircraft.
  • Document maintenance activities and identify emerging failure trends to improve maintenance practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide recommendations for repair and maintenance.
  • Manage and track multiple technical and logistic support activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct on-aircraft task training and provide product briefings to customers, vendors, and company representatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience on F-35 aircraft, or a bachelor's degree and 5 years of Low Observables (LO) maintenance experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain a Special Access Program clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Field support or prior military experience.
  • Working knowledge of engineering tools.

Salary Range: $80,600 - $121,000

Salary Range 2: $99,900 - $149,900
