Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Audit Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Senior to join our team at Robert Walters UK. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of a group-wide risk and compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute individual reviews to ensure the effectiveness of key controls within individual business units.
  2. Conduct assessments of key controls and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare and finalize audit reports to ensure timely and accurate communication of findings.
  4. Follow up on the implementation of agreed actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Engage with relevant teams across all group businesses to implement policies and controls.
  6. Coordinate group-wide projects focusing on specific high-risk areas.
  7. Manage ad-hoc significant risk events and assist group businesses in taking appropriate actions.

Requirements:

  1. Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIA)
  2. Group Accounts knowledge
  3. Experience in risk and compliance in a corporate environment
  4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of important projects
  5. Exceptional communication and management skills
  6. Consistently produces high-quality written outputs with minimal revisions
  7. Experience in Internal Audit management
