We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team in Horsham, RH12 4QD. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet staff and visitors, ensuring they adhere to security protocols
  • Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions and maintain a visible presence
  • Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations
Requirements:
  • Hold an in-date SIA Licence
  • Proven experience as a corporate security officer or in relevant positions
  • Strong observational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures
