Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at Busy Bees Basingstoke Chineham Nursery on a full-time basis. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
About the Role
As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery. You will be responsible for observing, assessing, and planning for the children in your care, as well as providing developmentally challenging next steps. You will also be expected to manage the nursery's resources and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years education and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
