As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

You'll play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and building meaningful relationships with service users. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. This role also requires the ability to drive, so applicants must hold a full UK licence.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills. Our services are 24hr care, and we prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal and social life.
