About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with some procurement experience to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with teams across Europe, contributing to key procurement projects while receiving hands-on experience in a global company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring smooth procurement operations.
- Engage in negotiations for spend under €50k, building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance in all procurement processes, collaborating with Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Support sourcing activities and help drive improvements in procurement processes.
- Train and assist teams on procurement policies, contributing to harmonization across affiliates.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ~2-5 years of experience in Procurement, ideally in Indirect Procurement.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
- ~ Experience with SAP MM, eSourcing, and other Procurement Suites is an advantage.
