Job Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
