About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Companionship - ensuring our clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction.
- Home Help - assisting with everyday tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, light housework, and accompanying clients to appointments and activities.
- Personal care - supporting our clients with essential tasks like bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to maintain their health and independence.
Requirements:
- A valid driving licence and access to reliable transport.
- Ability to work some evenings and every other weekend.
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable attitude.
