About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
