Named Professional Safeguarding Adults Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Administrator to work within the Waltham Forest Respiratory Team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be required to provide an effective and efficient administrative and clerical service to all members of the team and to support the work being carried out in the Respiratory and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Team.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with the current Respiratory Administrator sharing the workload and provide support to the team to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision to the service.
The role will require you to be computer literate as all patients records are now electronic (RIO) and previous experience of administration duties will be advantageous.

This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.
High Cost Area Supplement – London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436 per annum pro rata).
