We are seeking a Senior Family Law Specialist to join Chadwick Nott in Kent.

Job Summary

This is a senior role for a Family Solicitor with experience in high-value family matters, including pre and post nuptial agreements, business and international cases, and children law.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work autonomously on complex family law cases, requiring solid experience and an interest in long-term career prospects. A background in litigation is highly desirable.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-value family law cases, including pre and post nuptial agreements, business and international cases, and children law.
  • Work autonomously on complex family law cases, utilising strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout their journey.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years PQE in family law.
  • An autonomous work style, solid experience in family law, and an interest in long-term career prospects.
  • A background in litigation is highly desirable.
