Job Title: Business Transformation Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe as a Business Transformation Analyst on one of our product teams.

About the Role:

As a Business Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Product Owners and wider Product teams in ensuring that customer requirements are identified, documented, and converted into clear, well-defined, testable work items.

You will also be responsible for the technical documentation of system processes, specifications, and configuration management for a product team.

The Business Transformation Analyst will work with the IT Service Management team to ensure a seamless handover is provided to the IT Service Management team to enable continued support for changes in the products, which will include providing the relevant support documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting guides.

You will provide induction/overview training to users as and when required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying and documenting Technical/system Requirements.
  2. Ensuring complete and up to date documentation of functional spec and process for product features.
  3. Ensure user guides are complete and up to date for product support teams.
  4. Ensuring correct configuration management is carried out and documented for product changes.
  5. Ensuring new client onboarding is successful with efficient deployment of products, integration services, and setting configuration.
  6. Carry out impact analysis for changes, especially where these changes span multiple products.
  7. Coordinate across teams to ensure joined up delivery.
  8. Capturing, documenting, and communicating integration / third party requirements.
  9. Liaise with Software Developers during technical design development.
  10. Support Software QA team in the development of System Test Specifications and co-ordination of user test activity based on the functional specifications and business scenarios.
  11. Where necessary will perform and support others in performing software testing.
  12. Provide process and operational support documentation.
  13. Deliver project activities in line with agreed time scales, ensuring any changes to approved timing are formally agreed with Manager/Project Leader and Business Owners.
  14. Assist the support team in fault finding and problem resolution with existing IT Systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work on activities with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process analysis skills are essential.

Excellent working knowledge of basic project management methodologies is required.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary to talk to technical and non-technical colleagues and clients.

Experience of working on agile IT projects is desirable.

Self-driven, confident to lead and to listen to others, and able to manage and track multiple projects across teams and third parties.

Understanding of supply chain application systems and business processes is necessary.

Working knowledge of BPMN is required.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Candidates must be eligible to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.

This process includes verification of identity, right to work in the UK, employment history, and a basic criminal records check for unspent convictions.
