Senior Litigation Attorney

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Legals 4 Lawyers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification experience and be confident in delivering for established clients.

• Manage a varied caseload, prioritising workload to meet deadlines and ensure efficient delivery of results.
  
• Analyse and progress matters in disputes across different legal areas, including debt recovery, contract, insolvency, landlord & tenant, and employment law.
  
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  
• Meet financial targets, equivalent to four hours of paid work per day, based on hourly rate.
  

• 
  
• A minimum of 2-4 years of PQE in Civil/Commercial Litigation.
  
• Experience in Property Litigation, Debt Recovery, Disputes, Insolvency, Repossession, and Breach of Contract.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, seeking guidance as needed.

• A salary between £40,000-£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
