Job Title: Adult Care Assistant/Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team in Forfar. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and maximise their opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centred care to adults with autism, dementia, and learning disabilities
  • Support service users with daily routines, personal care, and seizure management
  • Work collaboratively with the care team, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with adults with complex needs
  • Experience in, or willingness to undertake training in PEG feeding, epilepsy, and moving and handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Registration under the PVG scheme
  • Full driving licence
  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
