We are a leading provider of high-impact visual communications based in Leicester, established in 1985. Our expertise spans Litho Printing, Large format Digital, Small format digital, Print finishing, CNC Routing, Cardboard Engineering, and Prototyping.

We are seeking a skilled Print Finishing Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute finishing on all projects scheduled for production, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures, updating as required to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and prioritize finishing work, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Operate the Delivery Van as needed.

Requirements

  • Essential background in print finishing, with specific experience in Guillotine, booklet making, and various binding types.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Full driving license.

Salary
