We are seeking a Ventilation and Fire Safety Manager to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising duct cleaning operatives, ensuring work meets required standards and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor the work of duct cleaning operatives to ensure high-quality results and adherence to company standards.">
  • Assist in the training and development of new operatives, working closely with the Regional Supervisor to deliver on-the-job training.">
  • Perform a range of tasks including ventilation cleaning, kitchen extract fire safety cleaning, and water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Able to work flexibly, including day, evening, and night shifts, and occasional weekends.">
  • Holding a full driving licence is essential.">
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.">
  • A strong understanding of health and safety procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment.">

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be based in Doncaster and surrounding areas, with regular travel to client sites required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company vehicle, generous holiday allowance, and employee profit share scheme.
