Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Gravity Recruit Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales with businesses in your local area, ensuring delivery against sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales with businesses in your local area
  • Ensure delivery against sales targets
  • Manage existing and create new relationships at your site
  • Identify other areas to develop new partnerships with
  • Coordinate the involvement of sales, marketing, pricing, operations, and service delivery teams
  • Use your relationship management and strong communication skills to meet and exceed targets
  • Build a portfolio of strategic local corporate accounts and develop new relationships to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Lead and/or contribute to the winning of new customer accounts, including making presentations, engaging in negotiations, and ensuring follow-up and production of necessary documentation
  • Manage the overall sales pipeline to ensure achievement of annual sales targets
  • Contribute to the wider development of effective business strategies, priorities, and market propositions, drawing on your knowledge, understanding, and interpretation of local markets, competitors, and end customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives designed to raise awareness and generate leads and new business opportunities
  • Comply with the required standards of sales excellence and best practice, operating effectiveness and efficiency, in line with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed
  • Experience of selling solutions via new car retail or a corporate background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Highly effective sales, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in the management of proposals and opportunity pipelines
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while paying close attention to meeting targets
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work with detailed proposals and CRM systems
  • Reliability and dependability

Salary: £25,000 base salary + package + benefits + car + bonus (OTE £55,500)
