About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Asda Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy teams and drive business growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth
  • Manage store pharmacists and pharmacy colleagues to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Support the development of all direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance

Requirements:

  • GPhC registration and evidence of right to work in the UK
  • Relevant safeguarding qualifications and DBS check
  • Experienced in challenging situations and maintaining solid connections with field teams
