About the Team

Our team at HMP Kirkham is passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. We are seeking an experienced ICT Tutor to join our team, working 28 days per year on a permanent, part-time basis.

Job Requirements
  • A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (Level 5 - new standards).
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
What We Offer
  • An excellent salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern.
  • In-house training opportunities.
  • Good progression routes into management positions.
  • Flexible and innovative curriculum design.
