Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing a safe and comfortable living environment for dogs in our care, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and collaborating with our team to ensure successful adoptions. You will also have the chance to participate in training sessions, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in animal welfare.
Working Arrangements
We offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate the needs of our staff and the demands of this role. This includes a minimum of 20 days' paid annual leave, a generous pension scheme, and access to our Employee Assistance Program for mental health and wellbeing support. The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000, recognizing the significant contribution you will make to the welfare and rehabilitation of dogs in our care.
