">As an Oral Health Leader, you will be responsible for guiding our team in achieving outstanding clinical outcomes, developing new treatment protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- To develop and implement treatment plans and protocols to improve patient outcomes;">
- To mentor and guide junior staff members in their professional development;">
- To stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training;">
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes;">
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
Requirements:
">Eligibility for registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) as a Dentist;
">Possession of a valid license to practice in the UK;
">A minimum of 5 years' experience in general dental practice or a related field;
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
">Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
">Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
">Familiarity with electronic patient record systems.
