Job Title: Mobile Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Lead Engineer to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial office buildings across Bolton, Manchester, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee a team of multi-skilled mobile engineers, driving performance and ensuring SLA's are being met
* Conduct emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, water temperature checks, and generator checks
* Perform commercial lighting, power, and socket repairs, as well as basic plumbing repairs and general building maintenance
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and meet with clients to discuss technical support

Requirements:

* Level 3 Electrical and 18th edition qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within facilities, property maintenance, or building services
* Strong leadership and communication skills
