We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Nicholas Associates Group Limited distribution centre in Sittingbourne. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders to meet customer deadlines
  • Operating a LLOP and headset to efficiently pick and load pallets
  • Preparing orders for dispatch, including checking and verifying accuracy
  • Assisting in the loading of lorries and maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Working Hours:

Shifts available include day shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm and late shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. All full-time roles require you to work 5 days over 7.
