Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at our Barchester care home in Bournemouth, Dorset. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the clinical team and Deputy General Manager to achieve this goal.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support to residents
• Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
• Assist with the development of care plans and assessments

About Our Requirements:

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced individual with a strong background in health and social care. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and experience working with older adults. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
