We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Practitioner to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients and working collaboratively with the multi-professional team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be able to demonstrate a commitment to advancing nursing practice. You will be responsible for managing a group of patients, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated, and will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Training and Development team to provide in-house training and support.

We are looking for a dynamic and focused individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and who is committed to providing world-class patient care. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic nurse who is passionate about critical care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Manage a group of patients, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated
  • Provide in-house training and support to junior staff
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and Trust policy
