As a Mental Health Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to children on a 1-1 basis, focusing on self-regulation techniques, healthy coping mechanisms, and identifying triggers in advance.

About the Job:
You will work closely with on-site professionals, including psychologists, safeguarding officers, occupational therapists, and other experts to ensure the best possible outcomes for the students. This is a full-time position offering a competitive daily wage of £82-£92, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, at a fantastic SEN school based in Swindon. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can develop your skills and experience working with young people who require extra support. To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for supporting young people facing social and emotional challenges.
