Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Indo-Chinese Chef to join our team. As an Indo-Chinese Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, authentic dishes that blend Indian spices and Chinese culinary techniques.

  • Manage the kitchen's daily operations, including inventory management and food storage.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and quality output.
  • Monitor and minimize food wastage to optimize costs.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Indo-Chinese Chef in a restaurant or takeaway setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, Chinese sauces, and cooking techniques.
  3. Ability to prepare dishes quickly without compromising quality or presentation.
  4. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
