Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses, senior carers, and carers to provide staff support and ensure effective care planning.
- Enhance and promote the resident's quality of life through effective care planning and management.
- Manage and participate in the rota to ensure that senior care and care support are always available.
- Support the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in managing medication systems and ordering prescribed medication.
To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have:
- An active NMC PIN.
- An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- At least two years' experience of working within a care home environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
