Hales Group Limited is seeking a skilled CNC Foreman to lead their production team. As a CNC Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production runs and overseeing the operation of multi-axis machining centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Program and operate multi-axis machining centres to produce high-quality components.
- Set up and complete multi-tool setups for production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform manual checks to verify component accuracy and adherence to technical documentation and compliance standards.
- Carry out high-standard milling and turning work, managing job priorities based on deadlines and business requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in a similar role with strong manufacturing/engineering expertise.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a CNC setter/operator/programmer, with proficiency in Fanuc programming.
Salary: £42,500.00 to £45,000.00 depending on skills and productivity. Work Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am – 16:30 pm)
