We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative at CastleView Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop skills and knowledge in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Utilize a headset and LLOP (Load Loader Operative Platform) to efficiently pick and retrieve items from the warehouse.
  • Manually lift and load items into LLOP cages, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Shifts and Compensation:

Our warehouse operates 24/7, and we offer various shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences.

Our competitive hourly rate ranges from £11.85 to £16.28, with opportunities for attendance and performance bonuses.
