About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at Ocado Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in preparing orders for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing frozen items for customer orders into totes
  • Ensuring high standards and great care in handling frozen goods
  • Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals

Work Environment

You will be working in our freezer warehouse, where you will be exposed to temperatures up to -25°C. We provide full freezer gear to ensure your safety and comfort.

Shift Options

We offer a range of shift options, including core roster and flexible shifts. You will have the opportunity to plan your work-life balance and enjoy three days off each week.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: £11.87 up to £19.51 per hour
  • Night shift premium: plus £2.94 per hour
  • Performance-based incentives available when targets are met
  • Overtime rate: x 1.25
