The Company:

For our Cheltenham site, we are recruiting a General Manager.
Role Objectives:
- Lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey
- Create a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building community
- Deliver targeted occupancy percentage and achieve location budget and KPI's
Role Responsibilities will include:
- Create, implement, review and revise your location sales plan
- Prospecting and organic site led activity to bring in new members
- Manage a pipeline of sales, working alongside an internal sales team
- Oversee calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement
- Establish regular contact with members to ensure the team are exceeding expectations
- Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members for your location
The Candidate:
The successful candidate is likely to be from one of these professional backgrounds:
- Flexi or serviced office background
- Local corporate hotel sales
- Business development managers
- Proactive sales in conference and events
Remuneration:
A likely basic salary of c.£40,000, dependant on experience, plus benefits (including private healthcare) and an annual bonus.
