Job Overview

Philosophy Education is recruiting a Support Teacher for the PE department in a Specialist SEMH School with Primary and Secondary division (PRU). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students, teachers, and other staff members to deliver high-quality education and achieve exceptional results.

The role involves supporting students in lessons, preparing materials, and ensuring the smooth running of the PE department. You will work with pupils who have been excluded from mainstream schools and display challenging behavior, so a strong understanding of team games and sports is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PRU or SEN School, with a proven track record of delivering excellent support to staff and students. They must be able to work flexibly, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
