About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance and has a keen eye for detail. As a Fragrance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and creating a personalized shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on fragrance selection and pairing
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product launches
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
