Job Description

This role involves working closely with managers to understand training needs and implement solutions to ensure the success of our teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing training needs analysis across the business and developing relevant content
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training content and implementing recommendations for improvement
  • Developing learning pathways by role
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of our onboarding process and training interventions
  • Acting as the super user of our E-Learning Platform

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a sales environment within Training and Development, preferably in a Recruitment Agency setting
  • Learning and Development project management experience
