We are looking for an ambitious and talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Southampton. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our commercial performance is accurately reported and that we achieve the best possible commercial result.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of company management systems and experience of working on large-scale construction projects. A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline and working towards professional membership would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually.
  • Identify, secure, and deliver business forecast in both turnover and margin.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.

Salary and Benefits:*

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme matching, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and private healthcare cover.
