About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, preparing complex accounts, and overseeing the finalisation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing working papers and scheduling work across the team.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in accounts preparation and review.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff, with a proven track record of developing and retaining talent.
